Chemical Industry
Nitrogen is used in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
Covering, cleaning and explosion protection are just a few examples. For example, nitrogen is used in airflow shredders for crushing and grinding pharmaceutical products. In this case, the pressure is used to press the gas into the mill at high speed. The material circulating in the mill collides with the grinder wall. This process causes the material to break down into ultrafine particles. Nitrogen is used as abrasive gas and as an inert gas to effectively prevent the resulting dust from exploding in the environment.

Nitrogen inertization is also used in the pharmaceutical industry to ensure product quality. Nitrogen cover storage and production containers prevent the drug from coming into contact with oxygen and moisture. Avoids interaction and oxidation reactions.
Ultraviolet rays drying is commonly used to speed up drying and polymerization of paints, varnishes, resins and adhesives. In this regard, UV lamps ensure a time-saving drying and curing process. This reduces the use of expensive light-inducing agents (radiation curing chemicals) and extends the life of the ultraviolet lamps used.
Regeneration of saturated AC filters for removing odors or dyes from liquids and gases can also be achieved by nitrogen
Nitrogen is used in a variety of chemical and pharmaceutical processes to fill mixers. The aim is to prevent fires and explosions. In addition, nitrogen use contributes to a range of other applications, such as nitride, co-penetration of nitrogen and catalyst regeneration.
